The point of this quest is telling the players your class don't really define your covenant. Maldraxxus was the best path for Alexandros because his memories make him stronger, something Bastion would have taken. Being a light or void servant is not what will give you a after-life or another, it's more what define you, your acts, your strenght. It's not the best path for a light-believer and this is what Alexandros is told. The best path for Light-believer is being a brainwashed slave without any private life or memories who obeys selfish tyrant? Souls are sent in places disliked without asking of any wishes (ever if they were worthy) or any chance to change anything? SL resemble a foolish joke stronger and stronger. Wonderfull touching moment Comment by Alexstrasza23 on T14:24:39-05:00 I like that this was touched on and that they gave some closure to why he went to Maldraxxus instead of Bastion, also shows why he has a replicated version of his sword, because his memories are a source of his strength. Where can I join Cult of the Damned? I'd like to see some druids in non Night Fae covenants too, for example. I really do like that your class doesnt define the afterlife you're sent to and I'd like to see more like this. Why would anyone but the most traumatised want to end up in Bastion? Comment by byne on T14:18:53-05:00 Xandria is sorry to hear thar Bastion is not what Mograine would have expected, but this should have given him some appreciation for his afterlife as a Necrolord. We then return to the Seat of the Primus in Maldraxxus in Do Not Forget. and nothing will ever take that from me.Īlexandros Mograine: I. Never!Īlexandros Mograine: My beloved son. and still you stand in defense of Azeroth!Īlexandros Mograine: I will never forget your sacrifice. let us move on.Īlexandros Mograine: Darion. Would this pain be best forgotten?Īlexandros Mograine: Please. my demise.Īlexandros Mograine: His betrayal haunts me, even in death. Let us continue onward.Īlexandros Mograine: Renault. To think she'd be forgotten if I.Īlexandros Mograine: Forgive me. My light.Īlexandros Mograine: She is still as radiant as when I last held her. I will see what these scrolls reveal.Īlexandros Mograine: Is that. The reason we are not alike.Īlexandros Mograine: The Light has always been my courage. Xandria: Meditate on these scrolls, Alexandros. With this, we explore the Scrolls of Rememberance with Mograine in All I Ever Will Be. According to Xandria, this is a place where the foundation of courage is remembered, and a place where disciples of courage come to reflect. We walk to Agthia's Purpose, a place where a Paragon of Courage that preceeded Xandria sacrificed herself to serve the Shadowlands. The Arbiter sent you to Maldraxxus for a reason. such trifling powers have no purchase here. Were you chosen for Bastion, they would be deemed a burden.Īlexandros Mograine: But why was I not chosen? Wass my faith in the Light not strong enough? Was my soul tainted from the moment I rose into undeath? Xandria: The memories of your life bear torment in death. The monsters I had sworn to destroy.Īlexandros Mograine: In time, I learned that they are not the mindless undead I thought them to be. Does Maldraxxus not suit you?Īlexandros Mograine: When I first looked upon the Maldraxxi, all I could see was the Scourge that brought ruin to my homeland. Xandria: Our aspirants shed their memories in the Temple of Purity, but we will follow a different path. Is that not what earns a place in Bastion? She must have recognized something within you that was meant for Maldraxxus.Īlexandros Mograine: Yet I dedicated my life in service to the Light. Xandria: The Arbiter's judgment is infallible.
